ASH CREEK RANCH

TMost deer hunting packages at Ash Creek Ranch include accommodations in our fully equipped bunkhouse.  Only one party of hunters is booked at a time, so your group will be the only hunters on the ranch/in the bunkhouse during your hunt. Hunts are semi-guided:  we familiarize you with the ranch, point out adjacent public and private lands and then let you hunt on your own.  We also provide assistance in retrieving game.  Because of the rough terrain and inaccessability, we do not allow hunters to use ATVs on the ranch.  
 
Four-day, five-night hunts are $1800 and we require half down to book your hunt; non-hunters may stay for $50 per day.  In an effort to increase the mule deer populations in the area, we are limiting the harvest of mule deer on the ranch.  Whitetails are also available on the ranch.

WHITETAIL HUNTS:  We do have some prime whitetail hunting property that has yielded some really nice bucks.  Hunting on this property does not include accommodations.  Two three day hunts are available here for $800 per hunter.  These hunts run Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday, and Thursday-Friday-Saturday.  Harvesting of whitetail does is encouraged.

Hunters are responsible for obtaining their own permits and familiarizing themselves with Nebraska's game laws.  Ash Creek Ranch is in the Pine Ridge Management Unit. A habitat stamp is required for all big game hunters.  Permits can be obtained online at Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
